Hi all!
I want to host a small contest
here on DA. Because I have always loved sharing works of
other artists with you, I am hoping that you will do so too.
CONTEST
So the contest goes as follows:
Send me a note with your 3 favorite works of
an artist of your choice. You may tell me why
you chose these works (I would love to read it),
but it is not necessary. On the 25th of november,
I will collect all notes and will select the
artist that appeals most to me. All works that
have been nominated will be featured in a news
item that I will publish in november/december.
This means the artist that you want to promote
will get extra exposure wether he/she wins or not.
RULES- Nominate
1 artist & 3 of his or her works by
sending me a note.
- You can only nominate one artists.
- The artwork you can nominate is limited to
photography and
digital art (photomanipulation).
- Do not nominate yourself!
- Please do not nominate artists that have more
than 50.000 pageviews.
- Contest closes on the
25th of november 2009.
WHAT CAN YOU WIN?The person that nominates the
artist that appeals most to me will win a
3 month subscription to DA.
I hope that, on top of being able to win a small prize,
you will want to participate by spreading your love for
art! There are lots of great and undiscovered artists
here on DA, so let's find them and feature them!
Good luck and I hope to hear from you!
